We know that ordering a custom guitar can be daunting. Part of the design process necessarily includes the anticipation of the customer and the fulfillment of their expectations for the instrument. Below is the first our three step process.
Step One:
The ordering process at Berkowitz Guitars begins with a discussion with the customer of what they are interested in and helping to tailor their order to what best fits their playing style and desires for the instrument.
The result of these discussions is a customer order profile detailing the specifics of their order and the total cost of the instrument, without shipping. The profile is sent to the customer for their review, approval and signature.
