Step Two:
The profile is sent back to Berkowitz Guitars along with a non-refundable deposit¹ of 25% of the total cost of the instrument, minus shipping. This deposit secures the customer a spot in the production line, as well as the price of the instrument. Any changes to the profile must be made in writing. No changes can be made to the profile once building commences.
A confirmation letter acknowledging the receipt of the deposit along with a balance statement is mailed to the customer.
